DESIGN

All buildings have a function. This can range from simple residential occupation through to complex manufacturing processes. The M&E Services need to be designed to ensure that the building functions exactly as required by the users, and complies with legislation.
This will only happen when the M&E design is fully coordinated with the Architectural and Structural elements of the Building. Mount Pleasant can integrate the design team to ensure this happens effectively.

INSTALL

The installation of the M&E services is a programme critical activity on any construction project. The installers need to have a full understanding of the design intent and how the Building Services ‘fit’ into the structure and coordinate with the fabric. Whether by BIM techniques or by on-site collaborative working, installation teams can be managed by Mount Pleasant to ensure specifications are met and services are installed for ease of commissioning and full operational efficiency.

OPERATE

Energy Use in Operation and Usability of installed services are two related areas that are a major concern for building end users. Adopting a common sense and non-technical dialogue with clients on how to operate and maintain their engineered services is the approach that Mount Pleasant use to ensure that clients get the best results both economically and in terms of building occupier satisfaction.
